  PACKING TIPS
Mount both hollow pipes on the bottom plate. Slide the large pipe to outside edge and fasten securely.
Shift chain to smallest cog (left pedal has reverse threading).
Rotate right crank to point rearward (9 o’clock).
Remove the wheels and then the quick releases. Be careful not to lose the small springs.

Mount both quick releases on the metal ‘axles’ of the pipes.

Mount bike frame on the base plate by adjusting front pipe for proper length.
Tighten both quick releases and front pipe’s wing nuts.
Wrap chain cover over the chain ring and around rear dropout (crank points rearward).
If packing a racing or triathlon bike, loosen the handlebar and rotate downward.
Slide the complete bike/plate assembly into fully opened bag (rear of bike towards in-line wheels).
Lower tyre pressure and then pack wheels in appropriate side pockets with free wheel facing the bike.
Fill the remaining pockets with tools, shoes, helmet, etc. Take advantage of additional empty space by filling it up with soft goods like clothes and your wetsuit.
The internal straps need to cross over each other.
Fill out an ID card with your home and holiday addresses and put it in the ID pocket.
Remove the two carrying straps and store them inside the bag.
Close zipper.
Have a safe trip!
